Often, there's something going on when we get big moves like this morning. I suspect we're getting some result of this, have no idea if there's any substance to the rumors.

I do strongly suspect that there actually IS something going on between Amazon and MicroVision(for a variety of reasons) but see no trigger for these particular rumors.

Samsung S7 -Rumors of "massive upgrades" + "mini projector?"

It's a bit pre-mature to give this a lot of weight. The source is somewhat dubious, and the rumor is about something something far in the future. This is something to watch closely, and if it turns out to be true, could be huge news.

The rumors regarding the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 started after the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge was revealed this March. It has a rumored release date of 2016 first quarter. According to reports from South Korean website ET News, an affiliated official revealed that Samsung is expanding the investments on the panels which are used for the displays of flagship Samsung devices.

According to the report, the company has requested around 8 million flexible panels per month for the Samsung Galaxy S7. Tech Radar further revealed that the S7 will possibly include the same curved edge of its predecessor.

I'll begin by saying I always take reports like this with a HUGE grain of salt -- we know projectors in phones are coming, and we know PicoP will be part of that - when & how that comes to pass, we don't know.

IF this is true, it is possible that Apple has their own projector in the works. 

I'm quite sure that any mainstream news about little projectors embedded in devices will be good for MicroVision.

According to the rumors, iPhone 7 is expected to have an in-built projector. This is not going to be the only phone to flaunt this feature as Samsung Galaxy Beam has a built-in projector that enables larger viewing experience via phone. But as we all know, Samsung follows in the footsteps on Apple and it has never been the other way around. May be, Apple would teach Samsung a lesson or two on how to incorporate a new technology! If this rumor comes true, most of users who work at corporate houses and use projectors for PowerPoint presentation would rush to buy it.

It is possible... so far the genesis of this is what I regard as dubious.

I'll be looking for more than a little confirmation before I give this much weight.

iPhone 7 specs and release date rumors start to circulate after Apple released new gadgets recently.

Rumors are even starting to point at the possibility of having another Apple launch this year, this time for the iPhone 7.

This assumption has been made after Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty implied that Apple now has devised a way for multiple product launches in a year.  Her statement was timely released after a meeting with Apple CEO Time Cook and CFO Peter Oppenheimer.

According to rumours, Apple's iPhone 7 may hit the market this year after the company rolled out new gadgets recently.

This assumption was made after Morgan Stanley analyst, Katy Huberty implied that Apple has now devised a way for launching multiple products in one year.

Her timely statement was released after a meeting with Apple CEO, Time Cook and CFO, Peter Oppenheimer.

Hunerty's statement along with the fact that Apple released two iPhones in 2013 - iPhone 5s and 5c - made the rumour even more convincing. According to her, this development which can be likened to the quick release of the iPad 3 and 4, might also up the ante in iPhone updates and releases.

Despite the promising statement, Huberty did not confirm any specific plan for the iPhone line, including the highly-anticipated iPhone 7 release date. Also, considering that Apple did release two iPhones this year - the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus - the possibility of releasing the iPhone 7 this year seems very unlikely.

However, despite the unofficial iPhone 7 specs and release date rumours, Apple smartphone fanatics are still looking forward to the ne iPhone 7 which boasts of better battery life and possibly even a built-in projector. 

According to the blog iPhone7update.com, the new iPhone 7 battery will be using organic materials to replace traditional Li-On batteries. This new battery technology promises to give extended hours of battery life. The blog also claims that Apple has been working on built-in projector technology for future iPhones and iPads.  

The projector will enable users to automatically project presentations or movies without having to connect their phones to a separate equipment. If this would prove to be successful, the iPhone 7 might be the first Apple product to debut the technology.
