I predict that someday, millions of people will be playing games in the dark on portable devices.
PicoP can be a very good stepping stone between playing AR on your phone, and playing on a headset... it would certainly allow for more person to person interaction - because sharing would be a given.
Augmented reality games will be even more fun when things appear on the real world. That's possible with infinite focus. Given the popularity of the Pokemon game, expanding on the concept is inevitable.
While Augmented Reality headsets are going to be really expensive as they get started, PicoP is already priced to be in reach.
It's only the beginning.

iPhone SE
Interesting. They have dropped the number (first with no number) and it's just the iPhone SE.
9to5Mac
According to 9To5Mac's sources, Apple decided to remove the "5" from the upcoming smartphone's name, in favor of calling it simply as the iPhone SE.
When it was previously reported that the device was going to be called the iPhone 5se, the "se" stood for special edition meaning that it is the successor to the iPhone 5s.
According to the sources, Apple removed the "5" to further simply its growing lineup of iOS-powered smartphones.
Launching a new device with the "5" may confuse people since it's currently the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s generation.
If this turns out to be true, this will be the first time that an upgraded version of the iPhone won't have a number in its name.
I have no idea if it's significant, but it's something to keep an eye on.
Do you call something "Special Edition" if there's nothing special about it, or if it's less special than your normal edition?

Augmented Reality Market is HOT
MicroVision is the leader in Augmented Reality patents. Ahead of Apple, Sony, Microsoft, Samsung, Google, IBM...
The Augmented Reality Market should grow from $500 Million in 2016 to $120 Billion in 2020. (Yes, that's 240X)
It wouldn't surprise me if we get some kind of offer, that I hope very sincerely is rejected. MicroVision is at the forefront of TWO major technological leaps that are occurring NOW.

AR has the potential to be used in everyday life or numerous industry areas. AR technology can be used in fields like remote medical diagnosis, broadcasting, architectural design, and manufacturing process control.
The reason for foreign companies to focus on the AR market lies in its steep growth curve. Apple acquired AR solution developer Metaio in May. Virtual reality headset maker Oculus VR, which is a Facebook subsidiary, also recently revealed its interest in AR through the purchase of Surreal Vision.
